A client can run it in its own account

A client can bootstrap, deploy, upgrade, verify and roll back the platform in its own AWS account with a shipped kit, including a full bundle carrying the images and signed modules for an environment without outbound access.

Stopping, pausing and resuming work that is already running

A run in flight can be paused, resumed, stopped, cancelled or force-resumed, and a unit of work that failed can be retried, each as a permissioned endpoint rather than an operator reaching into the database.
