What it is not. Not where the work is decided. The workspace shows what can run, what is running and what came back; the work itself runs in the platform, under its controls.

A signed-in person lands on one homepage: a welcome line with their unread notifications and a profile panel listing their organisations, their role in each and the workflows they can open, their five most recent conversations, and a chat composer that starts a new conversation when they send.

A workflow chosen from the launcher, or from a shortcut above the chat composer, opens in a new chat on its own card, which shows what it will produce and what the person needs to provide, and nothing runs until they start it there.

What a workflow produces is held as addressable artifacts that can be grouped into collections, so output is organised and retrievable rather than scattered across runs, and each artifact reports which derived formats already exist and which can still be produced.
