Layer 3 · The platform

Connect

How other systems reach the platform, and how it reaches them: one connector layer, built once and governed once, for ways in, sources, actions out and model gateways. What an integration is used for is a module; the conversation people have through it is the workspace.

What it is not. Not integrations written into agents. A connector is built once in the platform and governed once; what an integration is used for belongs to a module.

01Three to know

What it does.

01

Every model call through the client's own AI gateway

An installation can send every model call, for every model family, through the client's own AI gateway instead of calling model providers directly, and knowledge-graph embeddings follow the same channel through the gateway.

02

External API catalogue

Third-party APIs can be registered in a catalogue with their schema, endpoints, authentication, rate limits and pricing model, and people can record and test their organisation's connections to them.

03

Bring the material you already have

Work can start from what an organisation already holds rather than from a blank brief.

02What it covers

The parts of Connect.

Ways in

Where people and outside systems reach the workforce: chat apps, the API, an MCP server, public pages.

Sources

Systems the platform reads from, brought in with credentials, tenancy, identity mapping and provenance.

Actions out

Systems agents act on: registered third-party APIs, webhooks, posting to chat, MCP tools.

Model gateways

How model calls leave the estate, through the client's own AI gateway.

See it on a workflow you own.

Bring a real process. We'll show what your first agentic workflow looks like on the platform.
