Knowledge domains
The graph is divided into named domains rather than being one undifferentiated store, so knowledge can be organised, granted and reasoned over per subject area.

Governed promotion to a wider audience
Moving knowledge to a wider audience is a copy that keeps its lineage, and it passes two independent approval gates: one when the destination requires approval, and a second when the move would widen private or restricted personal data.
